There aren't enough superlatives in the English language to describe our positive experience with Starway Roofing. Elmer Glick went the extra mile and helped us apply for Purple Heart Homes and chose us for their help a veteran program, where we were able to get a completely free roof, skylight, and gutters. We feel so blessed by their caring and thoughtfulness. If you want the job done right and on time, with an absolutely gorgeous result, call Starway Roofing. They also called 2 TV stations and 2 newspapers to publish our story. Elmer, Erma and their staff are warm and caring people. The installers did excellent work. There was one lady who i especially saw worked very hard and never slowed down. They took pictures from start to finish and shared them with us during the project. Zane Shober and Brandon deserve special mention for the excellent way they kept us informed during the day. The gutter installers Ephraim and Solomon did a fantastic job installing new gutters. I have the highest praise for Starway Roofing. They are a faith-based company and it shows in their care for the customer and their work ethic.

The whole thing was so easy for me. Talked to someone about what I wanted, received an estimate with the details of the job (it was accurate). Signed the contract electronically, executed it with the push of a button. The job was done quickly and efficiently and was exactly what I wanted. Great service, Great Job! Highly recommend Starway for gutters and leaf guards!

We had a very positive experience with Starway Roof Systems. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The communication was great. They let us know when they were going to do the job and showed up at that time and ready to work on the project. The gutter guard installation was very quick and they also repaired a hole in our siding by replacing a siding panel. We were very happy with all the results and would definitely work with them again.

I cannot say enough for how impressed we were with Starway. From the very start - calling and speaking with Erma, getting an inspection and estimate sheduled as quick and easy. Travis was prompt with arriving for the estimate. He was thorough, took a ton of pictures and showed us what was going on with our roof. He listened to our concerns, answered a million questions and was not pushy in any way. The estimate was clear and easy to understand. There was no cost unexplained and the process was explained thoroughly. We were able to schedule with in a few weeks which was wonderful as we were late into October when we realized our roof had problems and were very nervous about the upcoming winter. On the scheduled date the crew arrived early as expected. The crew supervisor (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name!) was easy to talk to and always around. The net they put around the house protected our land escaping and there was no damage to anything. Our roof was completed in 1.5 days which considering the amount of decking that needed fully removed and replaced I was shocked how quickly things got done. My favorite part though was that you’re provided a link to all the pictures. Not only can you see the information from the estimate but also regular updates while the work is being completed. I received text alerts as each step was completed and information about what was up next. Being able to see the work as it was being done was huge to me - no guesswork about what was actually done! The crew was so neat and tidy. Aside from the roof looking amazing, you’d never know where was a work crew here. Genuinely cannot recommend Starway enough. Sure they may not be the rock bottom of cheapest prices but they certainly were reasonable and the proof of their cost is in the work they do.
